Do they use solid tires on these cars? I'd think that would be the weak point.

I've always wondered that myself with bullitproof cars as that's the first thing they shoot out in movies

Most have run flat. On my Deuce I can get them in the tire if I wanted. Its just a hard wheel that is slightly smaller then the pneumatic one so that when its flat you run on the hard one inside. It makes it ride like crap cause it is more unsprung weight and if you hit decent bumps in the road you hit the solids inside and its jarring. Hell its still jarring enough with them aired up with out the run flats.
