Most of those are way too old for me. A decade later and I'd know. Late 40s, early 50s are my least favorite era of cars too.

never cared much for cars of the 50's . did so bad I'M not even saying my score ~I started liking cars of 60's. even do I should of know more of the cars seeing i was born in the mid 50's.

Yeah I was born in 1955, but I was surprised that I scored so low. What gets me each time are the Merk's. I'd probably be better with cars from the 60's and 70's.

1956 here and ! agree fully i loved the late 60 though 70 style car for the most part except for things like the pacer,omni ,vega, monarch .
the birth of the mustang ,camaro,firebird, charger ,roadrunner, GTO,GTX, real street legal factory built power machines with style.turn the key and burn rubber for a block or drive them right to the drag strip off the dealers lot. before car companys were forced to add air pumps , converters and cars had to use unleaded gas.

58% here. I don't know old cars well. I can work on them no problem but was never big into them because at the time I would have wanted any they were super expensive.

LOL, 29% and many were lucky guesses. We can see which generation I'm in.

I've never driven a '50s American car. I too was born in '56 and when I started driving in the early '70s, '50s cars weren't around anymore. Even early '60s cars weren't common in my area. I have to think they just didn't last very long back then.
Now today, the notion of driving 20 yr old cars seems normal to me.
