anyone know how hard it is to rebuild /replace. the waterpump on a older johnson 20 hp outboard .the kits under $50 but wondering if i should try doing it myself or call in a pro.

I'm not familiar with that kit, but you usually need to press the bearing(s) out. Sometimes, you can do that with a vise/C-clamp. Sometimes, you need something stronger.
