Heater Not Working? Go Old School!

You know... at that point if that car was gas powered... He could have built a wood gasification furnace and ran his car on wood.

True, he shoulda. Though he may not have been up for that kind of mod.

I'm sure the guy did that because replacing a heater core in a 240 Volvo is a royal pain. Not sure how easy it'd be to be adding wood on a long trip with only the driver in the car and the heat output has to be way too hot and unregulated (short of opening windows that is). No more right front seat passengers either. Pretty damn funny though.
