This guy's a used car tech where I work who built this early '80s Toyota Startlet body car himself.
Totally custom tube frame, 2.0 liter Toyota 4 cyl, huge aftermarket turbo, home-made setup, runs alcohol, custom Haltech fuel system, custom race 5 sp trans, Ford 9" rear w 4/10 ratio drag car.

My old front engine rail dragster with a Chrysler 383 (30 yrs ago) wasn't that fast but then it didn't have a 1000HP engine either, maybe 500-600HP? I never went full speed with it, only 155mph and let off the gas when in 3rd gear.
