she a 21 foot 1988 crest 111 pontoon boat ,with a 20 hp johnson outboard.
she is ready to serve me this weekend and rest of summer to i hope.
after all the work i have put into her.
new wiring for all the lights, new fuse box and ground bar, new stern and bow lights , horn
rebuilding the carb ,fuel pump ,new gas lines from the fuel tank , the fuel tank was black as night before i power washed her. now she red again like from the factory.
New Bimini top and frame from taylor made products.http://www.taylormadeproducts.com/catalog/
New battery
new wood dash panel (I made this dash panel ) and switch's (lights ,horn, fog lights )
also had plastic name tags made for the switchs.
new swimming ladder
new xl large storage chest (for life vests ,ladder ,tool and so on )
need to get a radio yet . just need to get some more cash up after all these repairs.
i have 4 x $13 = $52 alone in just switches.(nothing cheap when you say boat :(
next winter when i pull the boat out of the water.
i get to pull off all the railing and replace the carpet ,and repair /replace some floor decking , replace the railing (more money )
the following year plan is all new seating (more $$$$$$$$)
only thing that can change my 3 year plan for this boat is if i hit the lotto :)

Have fun with it. I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have some sort of project taking up my time.

You know what they say about boats don't you? They're a hole in the ocean you pour money into.

was out on it tonight and called in the sign measurements for her signature signs .one for the bow and stern . didn't even ask what it cost .just know it be 2 weeks before there ready and then next year I'll be replacing them again when the new rail system installed .
