I don't know..
But I gotta name the new truck.
1987 Jeep Comanche 4x4 w/ I6 and 5spd
Picked her up this morning.. Jumped through the legal BS of transfer title.. Emmision test.. and get plates.
Total for truck.. tank of gas @2.79 gal and all the legal bs.. $650
She's rough in the body dept.. but engine is strong
Dad bought a 18.5ft 1978 Bass Boat from the guy's neighbor. We towed that the 28 miles home with my truck.. it towed nice.
So.. Name? anyone got ideas..

Love Jeeps myself. I've owned a number. I will warn you on the one you got though. That has the dreaded Peugot transmission that they only used for 2 years ('87-88). Fails quickly when pressed into more than street driving. Also has an internal slave cylinder for the clutch. Pain to swap out (might as well swap the clutch). The nice thing is that it should have Fuel Injection though. That was Jeeps very first venture into FI & it was a good thing. Those engines leak oil easily, but they last forever & have tons of torque if you keep it full of oil. I & family members of mine have all had over 200,000 out of the 4.0/4.2L straight six.
As for a name.... Rusty? I just can't give a Jeep a feminine name. Just doesn't seem right.

They're not too bad on gas if in good tuned up condition. About 22mpg is the norm on the highway & 18 in the city.
