GM to End Production of Hummer H1

The 2006 model year will be the last for the Hummer H1, the hulking, gas-guzzling status symbol that has attracted celebrities and off-road enthusiasts but has drawn the ire of environmentalists.

The H1 gets about 10 miles per gallon,and can cost upwards of $140 grand each i understand it being removed from the general motors line up. after this year

I take it they are just discontinuing the civilian line... im sure you could still get bare bone ones that have no creature features in them.
