Made a few upgrades to the old Wagon

Post by Pugsley »

Its been awhile since anybody has seen my car and i figure i better post it before anything happens. NO I DIDNT PAINT IT YET! I still would like to... and there is a possibilty of it getting doen by sombody that does it for a living! Any way on to some pics.

This lasted only about 2 days before it came off. the tape was old and i didnt wash it before i put it on. Notice the single horn in the #2 light position. This was also before the next big mod i did to the front end.

Yea its on there good and it aint commin off. Had to make some brackets for it to make it fit right. Its off a 2000 yukon i think. Fits well. also notice that there is now a horn in the #2 and #3 position. they are both air horns and they are huge. they run on about 55-60 PSI for now.. I plan to convert the AC compressor over to compress air for the storage tank so i can get it up around 125 so the horns will be even louder. Also in the hood scoop you cant see it but there is a complete set of air horns that play Dixie.

Wow crap didnt realize how big them last 2 pics were. sorry about that.

Thats gotta be fun coming up behind someone at night with the floods all on and hitting the air horns!

Yes it is. Hell just having them on the car with out the covers on them is. But I rarely use them any more. I used to live way out in the country and worked midnights so when i left for work it was dark out and i woudl use them on all the backroads and what not.

I built a model of something like that when I was little, but it was a hopped up police version instead.
