Good deal?

I am going to take a look at a new car today....

do you think thats a good deal for it?
i checked it out on carfax (which I still have unlimited use of for 29 more days, so if anyone needs to check a car out, LMK) and it showed up as having a lease title and a commercial title (so a leased company vehicle maybe?)

Other than that, no red flags showing up so far

anything specific i should look for when checking it out?
this is gonna be my first vehicle purchase

looks reasonable

check at the car repair history for that model from consumer reports -
