Here's the reaction of Chrysler's execs. Notice all the cliches and promises to act. And notice how the workers that were caught weren't immediately fired.

i love it when idiots are busted like that. obviously it's not an isolated incident or specific to auto workers, but pretty sad. even if i wanted to do that at lunch with buddies, i wouldn't be able to find anyone that would be dumb enough to join me from work...funny how there were packs of them from there.

Yea things have changed for sure. Back in the early 80's My employer would buy enough cases of beer so everyone could have a least two if we had a good month. From 3:00 to 3:30 was millertime in the plant or pizza for the non drinkers.
Gotta say it did help production. :)

Sadly, not surprising. And Americans wonder why companies are outsourcing.

at the rate's the auto worker gets in the big 3 some make more or about the same as my wife a RN. and a lot of them never even got a GED. they have some of the best bennys offer in the usa and canada. im only guessing but i think most members on this forum or any forum. thats not working for the big 3 auto companys. only wish's they could make there hourly wage plus bennys. including those who are self employed .
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help
