looking for some wheels...

Post by b-man1 »

shot in the dark...but figured i might as well ask. does anyone have some cheap 14" steel wheels to get rid of? i need some for my winter car...i picked up a great deal on some very slightly used Blizzak snow tires, but need to mount them on something.

this is for a 92 honda accord...

4x114.3

i have been checking out craigs without luck so far...but keeping my eye out for them. discount tire wants $50-$60 per wheel...that's pretty high IMO for basic steelies.

Try a Pull it yard. They usually have them for 10-15 dollars.. You might also try a scrap yard.. GL!

I've had better luck on Ebay than Craigslist with wheels. It's cheaper to buy a set than individually.

GL!

thanks...i'll keep checking ebay too. the auction above is for a single wheel...so i'll watch for a set. i would just swap the snow tires on to the existing wheels, but they are 15" on there now. :(

He has 10 of them. When you bid, you set your quantity.. You'd end up paying abour $150 shipped for all 4.. I think..
