If anyone goes to see that movie, please let me know your thought.I don't know if i should go see it.It's probably the funniest french movie never made and i don't see how they can do a good remake.A lot of joke were visual but the best thing about this movie was the 12 century french language spoken by the 2 main character.Anyway, the trailer suck but let me know if you go...

'Just visiting' looks like it's going to be one of the stupidest movies released this year (as if that can happen with the amount of crap that is released anymore)....some french guys from sometime in history get 'transported' to modern day america? Can't they 'transport' us a better storyline?

Now, even though it's commercial has been played out the wazoo, I'm looking forward to seeing 'Tomcats'. Even though the plot seems pretty basic, at least they get original with trying to have everyone in a race for the 'kitty'. (Tagline - "The Last Man standing gets the kitty.")

Speaking of which: Does Jake Busey Look familer to anyone else? (I don't know if it's the goatee, but he sorta reminds me of that anti-napster dude from Metallica....I think... ) Was it Lars Ulrich? :| Or do I have the wrong person? (I'm terriable with names of people I try to avoid.)

BTW: I think most 'remakes' are no where near as good as the original. (More writers not being creative anymore, so they have to steal from old/foreign movies.)

Now I would say an exception to that might be 'Bedazzled'. I saw the original (with Dudley Moore) and the saw the new one and I would have to say that Elizabeth Hurley can be my personal devil anytime! :tongue

I am saddened to see Jean Reno sink so low. He rocked in The Professional.

But Reno is very good in the french version. He's known to make usually action movie in english but it's not the case in his french movie career.

I did not know that. In any case, the American Version looks pretty sad to me.

I will wait an possibly rent it at a later time.

I'd have to say Jean Reno was pretty good in M:I as the traitor/assasin (another remake, but it turned out half-decent, M:I-2 was better)....and you can also tell that Christina Applegate (Jesse, Married....) is getting desprete too....starring in this really dumb movie....what's up with actors nowadays? What makes them want to get into the dumbest movies possible? It can't be the money, half this movies don't cost that much to make (ie, they won't earn much to be in it). On top of that most of these stupid movies end up not bringing in much in the release either, so if they get paid based on profits....boy are they screwed!
To each his own I guess!

huh?....I thought M:I-2 sucked beyond words. The first one had more of a James Bond feel to it. The second one was one big special FX.
