Okay, in case anyone wasn't totally certain (because it was a bit hard to follow), Jon Snow is NOT a bastard. He's Ned Stark's nephew AND (adding even more intrigue) he's the son of Rhaegar Targaryen which also makes him the Dragon Queen's nephew.

I figured out that Snow wasn't a bastard, but I couldn't figure out his revealed relation to the family. That's interesting.
