Disney's Frozen

Post by Err »

I took my daughter to see Frozen today and it does live up to the hype. The visuals are wonderful as well as the soundtrack. Many have said it's as good as the Lion King but I think it's just slightly below. My daughter and I go see most of the animated movies and this one is the best this year.

Most of the trailers featured Olaf, a talking snowman, and I went in expecting another underdog movie. Instead, I actually an interesting plot and characters. Olaf is actually a very minor character and mostly around for comic relief. I won't go into details so if you go see it, you'll be surprised by the plot.

I suspect I'll be reviewing this in the next day or two as well. My daughter's pining to see it. I re-watched the Lion King about 6 months ago and I have to say that I'm not as impressed with it as I remember being. Beauty & the Beast on the other hand has kept it's magic for me.
