This was a fun read. I'm a nit-picker when it comes to scientific accuracy, but I also know you need to sacrifice some accuracy for entertainment value.

Wife and I just came back from seeing it. It's non stop action. The visuals!

Finally saw it today in 3D. Looking forward to seeing it again at IMAX just to enjoy the visuals without worrying about the plot.
Ironically, the three 3D previews they showed before the movie (one was the next Thor movie, and I forget the rest) only showed the glaring difference between lamely done post-production 3D (as exemplified in the previews) versus the incredibly well done 3D in Gravity. In Gravity, like in Avatar, the 3D is not in the way - it just adds depth. In the Thor preview, the 3D looked phony - making it look like a cartoon with different layers.
