well, i kept holding off on this for no reason other than expecting it to be a cookie cutter "people on vacation go to a scary cabin". um...no.
i knew nothing about this going in, including no idea who was cast in it. if you haven't seen it...don't look up anything...no trailers...no reviews...just watch it. not safe for kids due to violence, sex, and language.
rotten tomatoes has it as 90%. i agree...it's 9/10.
go watch. now.

Watched this a couple of weekends ago on your recommendation and I was impressed. Really fast watch and interesting concept. My wife even liked it.

how far into it did you turn it off? the big "twist" isn't until later on...but sorry you didn't like it.

hehe...i can see if you go into the movie blind, you'd think "wow, this is pretty bad...cheesy...", but i'm not going to say a thing about it.

if you're not going to finish watching it, look up the plot for fun.

Watched it last night, wasn't what I was expecting but found it entertaining.
Darcy, it's really not scary IMO so you should watch it through.
Gotta love the power of speaking Latin

(always does the trick).
One of the funniest movies was Evil Dead when he was suppose to use a verse in Latin, didn't practice, remember the verse, tries to fake it and thus it didn't work its magic.

well, i just googled and read a great spoiler of the movie, ~ was like readin' a book, ~ interestin' concept and very detailed! ,,, but!, ~ i won't be re-renting it, ~ too gory for me, lol : )

Wasn't really realistic enough to be gory when compared to most modern day "horror flicks" but if you already returned it, might as well wait until you can see it for free someday.

...and here i thought having Chris Hemsworth in it would be enough to get Darcy to watch! hahaha
