What ever happened to Sucker Punch?

Haven kind of reminds me of the first season of Star Trek TNG. The acting is a little awkward at first but got much better as it went on. I read the show has been picked up for a second season. I like the show but I wish they didn't try to relate it to Steven King's The Colorado Kid. Other than the murder and a few characters, it has nothing at all to do with the novella. Still, I'm looking forward to another season.

anyone see this yet? i haven't, but still want to, regardless of the horrible ratings. hot chicks + scifi + aliens...that overrides most rating systems.

Gonna wait for Netflix. The reviews (both professional and from friends) weren't good.

Ditto what FP said. The wife and I saw it 2 weeks ago. It was done with a budget of $10m. I like the story, but the plot had lots of holes, and poor acting. The ending was...well...sucked. Watch it on TV instead.

Damn, too bad. I was hoping it'd be better as I haven't been to a theater in a while now.

ok...i saw skyline yesterday. make fun of me all you want, but i actually liked it. definitely not going to win any awards for acting or water-tight plots, but the special effects and story were entertaining. yeah, the ending was...different...cheesy...but i thought it was cool. i won't put any spoilers in here...it reminded me a bit of one of the robocop movies though. :p

I second that. It was a mediocre movie, but I liked it.
