it stars a young person who's farm was being forclosed on (i think) so he decides to break into the bank his family mortgage was in and blows up the records with explosives. a buncha people think hes a hero cuz now the bank has no idea who owes them money. and for some reason he continues on this spree from bank to bank. at the end hes sitting on some bleachers alone eating a sandwich from the garbage and some cop finds him they have a sort of shoot out but the cop doesnt realize that the kid took his clip out of the gun. kid dies.

Cant remember the name but Starred Emilo Esteves and Demi Moore I believe.
