What's the best program that you've found/used to convert MP3 to WMA? Only reason I ask is because I need to convert MP3s to WMA so taht I can put them on my PocketPC to be used as ring tones.. I've goofed around with WMP for a while, but really haven't figured out how to use it to convert... Any help is appreciated..
