Thoughts on Xmen2?

I saw it Friday and was not dissapointed. It had some cool scenes and I didnt really get the feeling that the movie dragged (like the 1st one). It changes some stuff from the comics, biggest thing I suppose is that Rogue is with Iceman instead of Gambit. The ending definitely leaves room for another sequel though...

4/5 Stars

Rebecca Romajin Stamos :w ow

It didn't hit me like the first one did, but I still liked it. Wolverine has been working out and he's meaner and more blunt now too. Must be from NC. :D

Fun movie, and had some good unintentional laughs too.

I was totally impressed with this one. NightCrawler was AWESOME! My boy Colossus was also awesome and a complete surprise! Didn't expect to see him at all. However, some letdowns, where was Beast? Angel? Anywho, as rogue stated, rogue is with iceman. I noticed something, not sure if anybody else caught it.. When Mystique is looking for the files on strikers computer and she comes across Magneto's file, the name right above it is Remy LeMeau.. Could this be.. Gambit? Maybe in the next movie? The story line as previously mentioned isn't quite right. Rogue was never a member of the original Xmen.. She was a member of a different team, and was in a relationship with Bobby. Then they split up because of something, don't quite recall, and she joins the Xmen and later meets Gambit. Something else.. Wasn't Wolvering originally Weapon X, not Wolverine.. So named Weapon X by Stryker? And Lady deathstrike.. Is she dead for good, or will she be back somehow in a later movie? Maybe I paid too much attention to the comic books.. lol.. I'm gonna do some research, so if I'm wrong about something I'll edit it.. eGo

Very fun film, actually. Nightcrawler was a badass, wolverine went psycho a couple times, and good effects :)

You're right on the part about Remy Lemiux ego, because I noticed it too. However, rumours are going around saying that Gambit *was* in the movie, but he was cut..I guess we'll have to wait for the dvd.

but, his name was said on the TV in the bar when Mastick (sp?) druged the security guy....

( the security guy then said turn that crap off )

so from that little hint, I would say he will be in X3
