Wow thats awesome news. However I have a love/hate relationship with Paul Anderson. I rather enjoyed Event Horizon while I thought Resident Evil was total crap..so the quality of this movie and whether they can pull it off really remains to be seen.

I'm the opposite rogue, I love Resident Evil but absolutely hated Event Horizon. 
Weird how some of us feel totally opposite on certain movies.
Not sure if this movie will be any good, no matter who the director. Just not sure how it will carry over to the big screen. I love Alien and Aliens and just the first Predator movie. Should be interesting at the very least. I hope.

Hey, I liked both movies...
This movie better not suck. For the last two or three years, only 1/5 movies has lived up to its hype.

dont want to be negative.... but i dont think this movie has much of a chance... a contrived story with a b-class director...
