was just looking through my playlist/albums and came up with some groups that made me really wonder if they were still around/what they were up to.

Note...I've been pretty out of the loop for awhile so forgive me if I sound totally ignorant

Feel free to add/answer...my contributions...

KYUSS: bought "welcome to sky valley" on impulse...definitely one of the best albums I've ever heard...god I wanna hear more...not the best range but the playing more than makes up for it.

Silverchair: Please tell me they've returned to their "frogstomp" roots and abandoned that whiny sensitive crap that was their second album

Bush: I demand more...they seemed to fall off the face of the earth after "mouth" for the American Werewolf in Paris" soundtrack...I still listen to 16 stone...

Greenday: Quit laughing! not the best music but it reminds me of my school years and occasionally it's nice to go back in time...just bought "International Superhits" must have for any fan...

Orgy: yeah they did an 80's cover...they had their 15minutes...now what...the rest of the album showed some serious promise

Buckcherry: Great drinking music....really helps when you wanna break things :) forget name of album but "lit up" and "for the movies" were pretty good (if overly played on MTV...)

A Perfect Circle: so whos where now?

Candlebox: where'd they go?!

Oleander: February Son was an incredible album...have they done more?

Revielle: ditto on Laced

Like I said...been out of the loop but would really like to hear more from the above...will add more as I think of it...

Sometimes you can find info on specific groups by searching for them at either CDNow.com or Amazom.com, besides using a search engine to locate even more info.

Orgy's new album "Opticon" kicks major ass. It plays as almost one large story but its not soo cohesive as to not enjoy listening to one song.

Bush well after mouth they did that horrid "Deconstructed" album and then they had all that legal troubles but I own the CD "The science of things" and I thouroughly enjoy it, very soft but the "science" theme becomes kitchy at some points but the "science" theme also REALLY works at some points too.

Perfect Circle is Maynard's side project. Maynard is the lead singer/lyricist from Tool... I'm a huge fan so I'll spare you the biased talk and just say get any album you won't be dissapointed.

Thats all I know about and I'd like to know what happened to Oleander too ;)
