final fantasy and princess mononoke
i picked these up today...haven't had a chance to watch them yet. hopefully PM is as good as i've heard people say...and FF just looks cool.
Princess M was abover average but not epic like it couldhave been.
FF is worse then its PS counterpart...which I find very hard to do.

got to watch FF last night...thought it was great. the animation is amazing and there were some good action scenes w/ unique effects and ideas. there was a certain amount of cheese to the overall plot (i'm referring to the whole Gia thing or however you spell it), but it was very entertaining. i wasn't expecting some awesome storyline...just a cool sci fi computer animation flick.
i'd give it a 7/10.
now on to princess mononoke...hopefully watch it this weekend.

Exactly. And as for the storyline, it was completely typical FF fare. All the games had fairly cheesy plotlines as well. I thought it was servicable, but it is the animation and such that makes me dig the movie.
In time, you too will understand what I do.
