By far the scariest movie I ever saw was Event Horizon. And I have seen every scary movie there is.

The Howling is by far the best werewolf flick ever. I also like Bram Stoker's Dracula and Interview with the Vampire. Not many movies scare me at all, although I will admit that the Nicole Kidman movie The Others freaks me out enough with the trailer. Most of the time, scary movies to me are the ones that seem overly demonic like Stigmata. :)

I thought that Flatliners was pretty damned spooky, worth a watch or two and it has Julia Roberts in it (always a plus).

I love John Carpenter's The Thing. Excellent movie.

I also agree with Event Horizon. I saw this in the theaters and it was very disturbing.
