I'm sure everyone has seen bad movies, but heck I can't even begin to remember them all, but 3 that come to mind are:

I was pretty much "forced" to pay for and see these movies at the theatre even tho I didn't want to... ugh.

Many of these are so bad, I remember them off the top of my head, but I am very thankful of Netflix's Ratings system which saves my ratings. (just a fraction of the movies I think really sucked.)
American Psycho (The "Unrated" version didn't improve the movie)
Very Bad Things
Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the 13th (ok, a movie that is trying to parody a parody....this movie seems to be paroding "Scary Movie" or the writers were just terriable.)
Magnolia (Guess it wasn't my cup of tea since many other people liked it)

Wow, I cannot agree with Zyph on about half his selections. In any case, if you want to know some truly BAD movies, check out
Plan 9 From Outer Space
Attack of the Neptune Men
Surf Nazis Must Die
Keep in mind that these are not your normal 'bad' movies. They are absolutely HORRIBLE. If you make it to the end, be proud of your will power.
I just saw Joe Dirt last night, and it is pretty awful, though it in no way compares to the above three.
