13 Ghosts

Post by blade »

It's good! :)

Far better than what I thought and than what most movies like this are. It isn't perfect but it's an interesting concept and a fun movie.

Is it in the same concept as "House on Haunted Hill"???

If so, its very disturbing. Those movies are just freaky IMHO.

It was the same when I saw "Event Horizon".
Heat under "kin", an AGN original.

both 13 ghosts and house on haunted hill had the same writer (Robb White) and some of the same producers (Joel Silver, Robert Zemeckis, Gilbert Adler, Steve Richards).

I really liked this movie, the pace and the visuals were a treat, and the extras, especially the history of each of the ghosts were fun to watch.

I really wanted to see this when it was out in theaters but nobody was brave enough to see it with me. Jeez, I swear, I'm the only person im my group of friends who likes horror movies. Now that it's out on video it'll be the next movie I rent.

The extras on this is among the best I've ever seen and that part telling you all about the 13 ghosts was a nice touch.

And is it just me but this DVD looks like about the sharpest and vibrant picture I've ever seen. But it may be because of all the colors used. It's sure pleasing to watch.

I haven't rented this yet but seen it inthe theater and it kicked some serious ass in the theater... One of the better done movies i have seen in a while... It was worth the 7.50 i paid to see it. I'm that only goes to the movies when something really catches my eye... My woman wanted to see this but i didn't but i was glad i went... The stories of the 13 Ghosts was amusing and the visual affects were something else.
