sent a guy a v5 5500 agp new sealed in box was trading streight up for a p3 700. we were suposed 2 cross ship. claimes card is dead. so that is the reason he hasnt shipped cpu....um Cross ship means same day right? then he says will ship them Both to me and I replace the 5500...no biggy except he did the clasic Vanishing trick as of tuesday. Im gana give him thew sunday. I snaged his Phone ## off the net...there are 2 for his addy. so if some one is in the area LMK.

I think I might be in the same situation as you, <b>nexus_7</b> I'm not jumping to anything quite yet, I'll give him 'till monday, but we were supposed to cross-ship. $27 MO for a baybus (from the user Mile_High) He had good <a href="http://heatware.elitehardware.com/view. ... =mile_high" Target"_NEW">heatware refs</a>, so I figured he was alright. (89-total, 89-positive)

Sent the MO out friday (24th - day after thanksgiving). He emailed me the same day but haven't heard from him since. I sent and e-mail the 30th saying:

<i>"Hey man, just writing to keep in touch. I still haven't recieved my baybus. Have you recieved the Money Order? It should be there by now."</i>

Like I said, I'll give him till monday, maybe he is having some troubles with his computer or something. If not, then I'm gonna have to do something, and do it quick. I have never been ripped off nor ripped anybody off and it ain't gonna start now!

mile_high is a good trader. I'll vouch for him.

Good traders communicate well. I just hope he has a legitimate reason why he is ignoring HT and why he didn't crosss ship.

Anyway to call him HT? Perhaps he does have a major problem.

MasterChen...Shut up. U are not involved and have listend to third parties. when some one has a product for over a month and then says hay it didnt work what would U do? Becides the fact that the Box was insured and he could have taken it up wit hthe Post office and then I sugested he send it 2 saturn and he Said he did but Infact Didnt...what does that say? it says Somethign at right here and it isnt the Senders fault. now But out! oh yea and the Other deal I had was with Puto just giving him a chance seeings how i had him pay first. he Gets the card, removes My mods then does his Own mod and says After he did that there were Problmes! thanks but with His track record I think Ill pass. take a Look at heatware U wil lC I take care of the people i do trades with. Like Rage for instance. I sold him a sony diskman. it got mangled in shipping. I told him 2 beat the carp out of it the Rest of the way and sent him a Brand new one. another time some one got a video card that started having fragments after a month....I told him 2 RMA that one and sent him a New one...and Not wantign eithor back. now U can take your Jaded and Bias info and be gone with them. next?

Well your using "third parties" information against Puto & lhampel also. I'm not going to fight it out with you, because frankly your not worth it. And please do not tell me to shut up, I only speak the truth. How do you know that lhampel or puto broke the item's? That is accusing someone. Your accusations against them are as bad as them accusing you. The best thing is to come to a compromising deal, that benefit's both you and the other party. You seem to be quite rude, and I would frankly never deal with you. But you really need to work your deal's out.
Just because you have 5000 positive heatwares, doesnt mean jack shit if you damn yourself by screwing 2 members. I personally think your behaviour should not be tolerated. Just because your "well known" or a supposed "good trader" to alot, doesnt mean you can stank a few.
