need help on a debit card !

looking to buy something on newegg and we have a downloaded debit card we just got this morning . it wont cover the price and taxs for the item . is there a way anyone is aware of to use it and a second credit card to pay for the item ? we don't mine loosing a little bit of change if needed .but it sucks that its a ecard basically.as they don't offer a hard card. tried using it on amazon and they will only allow one debit or credit card .you can't split between cards
