Go watch a few others involving refineries and you learn all sorts of stuff... but mainly bean counters cause most accidents.

So it looks like it was fireworks, and not munitions, that were seen going off before the big explosion. What's insane is that they were in the same warehouse.

30 minutes before the fire, they were welding a gate on the building.
