Horse racing still happening despite Convid-19 - online betting

I just talked to a friend who still works at Teleview where I used to work. They handle the TV broadcasting for horse and dog tracks.

Found out that all the major tracks are still running races, but no patrons in the building. It's all being broadcast via internet and satellite and you've been able to wager online the last year or so (that's something new). Soooooo...

So nice to know that during a pandemic, you can still lose your ass on the ponies. Ain't modern living great! :)
