this is what left of the house I grew up in. detroit is such a pit . I live in it from 1966 till about 1979
here a link check out the 52 photos . I was shocked first time I went though them -I couldn't even tell what rooms they were photos of in some of the pictures .some I did know but some I could tell and some im not sure what the photos were of . very sad to see your childhood memories in such despair. just 2 years ago I drove by it and knew it be my last trip . but had no idea the shape it really was in.
