Be honest. Most watch with the sound muted anyway. I did look up the first video the guy is suing over and it now has 1 million views on p0rnhub. He doesn't have a case as the intent of the ADA is reasonable accommodation. The sites also have a filter for closed captioning. I hope that the outcome is to make all videos captioned. I nominate FP as he's already written the basic script.
Assuming this guy actually has sex in real life with a real partner, does he require his partner to hold up emojis during sex? (Let's market sex emoji cards.)
