I changed your image link to HTTP. HTTPS from my web server when shown on the PCA website seems to be blocked in Firefox - I've noticed this in the past so I always post HTTP.
Not sure why. Maybe because there's two SSL certs involved? Maybe Genom knows.
It displays the photo without an error if I just paste the HTTPS url in the Firefox address bar, but won't show it embedded on a forum page (I get the "IMAGE" place holder).
Tested this with a fresh install of Firefox on a VM just now to make sure it wasn't some funky problem with my Firefox profile.
