Serious business. They said it was officially a Cat2 but theose aren't Cat2 winds, even though HK is backed by mountains.

1 - I don't believe those were Cat 2 winds. That looked a lot worse.
2 - Also just confirms the crappy quality of Chinese construction. I've seen SO MANY videos on LiveLeak where buildings and other structures fail and they're all from China.

I also just read that Honk Kong signaled a T10. I went to look that up and found that it can exceed 136 mp/h. That's a huge range.:
