Looks like it hit the car before flipping over. My guess is it came undone by the ball and rammed the van and was hanging on by the chains till it flipped. then it was still hanging on by the chains. looks like it electrically unhooked it self which I would think on something that new would throw some kind of alarm.

But the people yelling at you to pull over and not doing it they should be thrown in jail for reckless driving. Good luck on the deposit on that one. And depending on what they were hauling if they kept going I bet the whole think caught fire. Look at how worn that corner is already.

hmm, maybe the cargo in the trailer was "highly confiscatable" and a stop along the road didn't fit in their plans...Paging Dr. Cheech...

And even if you do its no big deal. I watch Live PD and almost everyone doesn't have a license. And when they get caught with out one and if that's the only offense then they get off the hook if someone else can come out and drive it home or it gets towed. But heaven forbid we have stiff (jail time) for multiple DUI and no or suspended license.

Driving in the US is a joke.
