looks like a home made plane /know as exsperimental and builder made a OPPS. local airport by me oakland /pontiac airport has a lot of these type planes come in and fly out of it. they have had a couple over the years crash do to problems !
mostly make water landings into pontiac lake . but some have made hard crash landing ~

Should have used a better method to secure that prop.

Doh, lucky that he was a reasonable distance from the landing strip.
