Here is a list of companies we've confirmed are "Exporting America." These are U.S. companies either sending American jobs overseas, or choosing to employ cheap overseas labor, instead of American workers.

just to add to discussion, what would have become of these companies if they did not seek cheaper labor years ago? they would have laid off more americans earlier than now...at least that is what it seems like. not that i agree with it, but they won't get skilled labor for cheap here...americans expect top pay and won't go there if they don't get it.
basically, employ american workers for much more cost...fail to profit enough to keep up with the global economy...then fail as a business and everyone loses out.
discuss.

Another interesting topic I saw yesterday on a show that was discussing Briggs and Stratton Engines. They were saying that the money they save by making SOME of their parts in China allows them to basically lose money in their plants here in the U.S. So what's worse, when they move some things over, or they go bankrupt here and move everything over?
Have no fear, the BEEF is here.

how about we just get rid of nafta so thats not an option? yeah TVs and crap will cost more... but then again maybe they will be built here and thus more jobs while staying compettive with shit from over seas? or hell foreign compayns might find it cheaper to build factorys here and build here to save money instead of improting and getting taxed?
