It is with heavy hearts that we must regretfully inform everyone that blade, Mike, has passed away. Words alone can not express the profound loss of a great friend who helped out many while rarely mentioning his own troubles.

You'll be dearly missed and fondly remembered brother.

Truer words can not be spoke. I am in shock and disbelief I cant believe we have lost our friend and leader. Mike was always willing to help people in need and it just does not seem fair that he should leave us so soon. Rest in peace my friend I know you have gone to a better place.

What??? This is news to me as I never thought he was in bad health if that was the cause of death. The last time I can remember him on this site was when it was moved late last year after that crash. After the initial setup, I really haven't seen much of him. What a shame as he was always willing to help anyone.

Looks like his last post was here:

and he past away on March 17th.

Wow!

That's so sad. He was just a young whippersnapper too.

Blade - Hope you got really fast broadband now!

You will always be remembered here for your unselfishness.

I remember when I first joined these forums on the advise of Invisible Evil. I was still VERY Green to PCs and building my own. Had it not been for Mike establishing a place where us geeks could branch out and help one another, I might not be doing what I am right now. Mike is the reason I am where I am today. Mike, You will be dearly missed. I, as well as all the others here I'm sure, will do everything we can to keep your home alive. We Love Ya Buddy!
