She is your wife and doesn't know you don't like this sort of food? Just say some friends stopped by and yous all went out?

OR... take some (about one serving) and just make it vanish some how (looking at toilet). then your wife will come home and ask why the bathroom is flooded!

I'd say a good reason to have a dog around the house. How will she know who or what ate the food?

Ah buck it up... and tell her now. You will have one fight and never have to worry about the casserole again. Or say nothing and hide it, but you will have to hide it again, and again, then when she does find out you dont like it....she will wonder about the past....Then your up SCWOAP.

Jesus man! I can't believe people won't tell the truth. Simply tell her you don't like that type of food. If you been married for a few years, you would think the wife would know what you like and don't like.

Sounds like she tried the slow cooker route to save some time and make sure that a hot dinner would be available for you. Just tell her that type of food isn't your favorite but thank her for her effort. I'd rather know my husband doesn't like something right away rather than to keep on cooking food that he won't eat/throws away.

Another reason why I wish I had my dog out here in Iraq.... my god, the food sucks out here. I'd rather eat those MRE's than some of the crap they serve in our DFAC...

New dinner ideas tested on us guys can be funny. My wife sometimes tries new things too yet I usually don't say much when I'm not impressed unless it's really bad. She's not a very good cook and I try to not complain much or her feelings would be hurt, besides, I'd be fat if she could cook like my mother.
A while back I picked up a cucumber instead of a zuccini by mistake. Her vision isn't the greatest anymore and so she sliced the cucumber up and fried it in butter like a zuccini. I managed to eat some of it, it was terrible as I thought that she was trying something new and didn't want to say anything right away. The next night, there it was again and I then said "no way", WTF is with that? She really thought that she fried up a zuccini, LOL.
