MC people here?

Spring is coming!! And i'm getting my MC licence soon
Need a bike aswell... my 50cc moped don't quite do it
but with Norwegian taxes... a 600cc+ is too expensive to buy and insurance is crazy...
Therefore i'm looking at tis nice Suzuki
GS500F 
Anyone else have this bike or knows it?

oh yes motorcycles are a blast! Suzuki 500F is a good choice! Kawasaki's Ninja500 is also a keen selection. I might lean more toward the kawa b/c it is water cooled whearas the suzuki is air/oil cooled. All depends on your preference though!

Have heard of the Ninja500... but it's rare over here... also aircooled is a plus in my book... less to maintain
Power vise they are about the same. Got a hold of a brand new 2004 model... pay a little less for that one than the 2005 model... also... it's black/silver

? J/k, the 500F looks like a very nice bike for the money. I've always wanted a motorcycle, perhaps I'll get one when I get out of school.

Thats true, never thought of that! Then the GS500F will be perfect. I sat on one when shopping for my present bike ('97 Honda VFR 750). I just got back from a ride and its a cold 30F, I think thats around -1C. Cold, but fun! Havent been on it in about 4 almost 5 months
