I think I may be getting a mac. This assumes I can find a cheap DVI/USB kvm switch, doubtful but would be nice. Thing is I could switch over to my pc running linux and have better game support. Thats kind of sad.

Heh... takes Apple 20 years to realize that the best way to sell a lot of Macs is to price them reasonably....
BTW: I would strongly recommend you read the specs on that system before buying one - you're not getting much for your money. It's a slow processor by today's standards.
Nice system for your grandmother though. Let's face it, the average person on the street doesn't need much horsepower if all you're using it for is browsing, emailing and word processing.

Its plenty fast enough for me, considering all my mac experience comes from pearpc.
