Help please with getting a bad Heatware eval off my profile

Post by peroxide8888 »

How do you get an unwarranted neutral Heatware eval off your profile?

I suggested using Heatware feedbacks on a local message board that I belong to, so an admin there posted a neutral to my profile because he "wanted to try it out" (no actual deal ever transpired). I asked the admin to e-mail Heatware support to have it removed, and I've also e-mailed Heatware support several times myself; but it's still there.

Could anyone at Trollhunters help me out? I know they've helped others take care of bad Heat before, but this admin guy is an idiot, not a troll. I just don't want to bother Trollhunters for something which should be so simple to take care of. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your heatware again. ;)

No problem 'bothering' us, you don't. I agree though, that admin didn't have his thinking cap on.

Well, it's been a good run... 3+ years with barely a fake Heatware issue, but it's happened again! Could someone please check my Heat and take the fake eval off? I haven't bought/sold/traded in awhile, but still give a damn about a fake negative.

Thanks!

P.S. I have gone through the Heatware channels, but the neg is still there.

*edit* My Heat is all good again. Many thanks to all the powers that be! :D
