Just curious as to how many of you like him or hate him?
I am mostly into classic rock but some of his shiite is interesting...
I am older than rap and I hate most of it but I like some of the newer rock/rap mixes etc...
I think Stan is a very well written song or story.
btw who is dido?

I don't really like him, but I did like that one song about the guy who wrote him a letter and drove off a bridge after drinking some vodka with his pregnant girlfriend in the trunk.

well i like most music, generally older music -most of the stuff in the charts is crap imo
i have both of eminems albums, and listen to them every now and again -but the song 'Stan' -i took the time to mp3 that and listen to it quite often.
Dido is a female singer...durr! (/me sorry for stating the obvious there), the track of hers that Stan is done to is called 'Thank-you' -its not as good as i expected it too be but i suppose its all right.

I think Dido's Thank You is excellent, as well as the rest of the songs on her album.

Thankyou Stan and the version of My Name is with ACDC are the only songs of his I can stand. I've met him (living in the same area, and hanging out at some of the same places tends to do that), as well as Kid Rock, and I have to say that Eminem is a complete ASS in person, while Kid Rock is a pretty cool guy who would do anything for the fans. Not to mention Kid Rock's music is better too

didn't listen to his first CD, but i did like his newest one! The first time I heard Stan I loved it! It's funny now that 4 months later everyone is listening to it likes it the newest and greatest thing.. bla, people are sad...
He might have contriversial lyrics, but I can't complain as they do kick ass!

I don't like RAP so naturally, I don't like him. There is a funny spoof off one of his songs called "Will the real Slim Shady please shut up"
You can do a search for it on napster; that's where I found it.

Just listened to the song. It was all good until Eminem started singing, heh. Dido has a beautiful voice.
