I dont but a good friend does.

A good friend of mine just found out he has a cancerous tumor growing on his spine. It has grown around 4 vertebrae so an operation is out of the question. He will under go more test and consults to see what treatments he needs.

Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.

I understand where your comming from tho,

A family friend had just won a battle with breat cancer, and all was well until about a month ago when she had neck pain, she went for X-rays and such, the doctor told her she was fine. A few days later she gets a phone call and was told to lay down and not move until an ambulance arrives, she has a tumor in her spine aswell, it has eatin' away 3 vertabres is her neck. He condition it pretty bad, but she said she beat it once, she can do it again!

Again 3 days ago a very close friend was diagnosed with breast cancer, she is only a few months younger than me (16). She is very lost in life now, has no hope in life, it takes a huge toll on her and her family, its hard to see someone close to you lose hope, its hard on everyone, so far only her family and I know of this.

My prayers to him, and you, it effects everyone

I've never been a real reglious man, but I wish your friend the absolute best. Sounds like a very sticky situation, I hope it works out for him. Sorry Dan...

no 'only' about it, dan,, ; standing by and lending support is no small thing and means a lot.

that sucks. Cancer is everyones enemy.

d_b - my hopes and prayers are with your friend and his family and his friends as well... It's not easy at a time like this for anyone of you...
