Citybank suks!

I opened one of there internet accounts a while ago when they were offering a free $50 for doing so. well I did all that and then removed the $$ and called the m2 close the account. they say OK its done sir. a Month later I get a statment from them saying that I owe then $5 so I call and say it is all taken care of. Dont hear anythign from them in 4-6 months and today I get a Letter from a collection agency saying I owe citybank $35. I call them up and they say DUH U done owe us $$. so now I have 2 Drive 2 a branch and Bitch in person cause they are a bunch of idiots. Joy.

It is not just Citi Bank all banks are full of idiots. Like I said in another post I have been thrown out of more banks than I have bars. When I get drunk I get happy and everyone is my friend. When idiots mess with my money I get mean. You start kicking their ass there and head west I will start kicking their ass here and head east and we will meat in the middle and have some beers

At Bankone made a mistake and used a teller Bingo $3.00 service charge.

My bank has screwed up a bunch of things, finally I started flirting with the customer service girl in my local branch and she fixed it all in one visit, hahaha.

i hate citibank as well. they wont cash checks for me immediately (which come from my university which has hundreds of millions of dollars to throw around) instead i have to wait 2-3 days. my bank in my hometown will cash any checks for me right away.

i have a few different Citibank accounts and find their service abhorrable at times. it's too much of a hassle to take my money out, so i just leave the few hundred bucks in there for the hell of it. i trust NO banks other than the one my gf and her mom work for since there, i get hooked up...
