Continous mistakes is gonna make me cancel my service and transfer number or get a new one. This is biggest load of crap i have gotten from them. Every month another mistake, every month seriously they credit my account for the mistake but i have to bring it to there attention and its hassle trying to get credit for it. I called this morning cause i wrote to them a letter an email stating about the customer service, they told me "what u want us to do about it." Well stop making mistakes, were sorry we cant do that crap. ARGGHHH furious

Im looking at cingular to change provider, any recommendations??? I live in southern california. Los Angeles to be exact.

I hear nextel is good. I have t-mobile and I have no complaints. But service where you are and where i am might be different. I'm in MA. Cingular here is very bad. Any peak time good luck calling a cingular customer. Always getting "all circuits are busy" blah blah.

Cingular is pretty bad in TX also. I was with them a while back and had the same problems: every month another billing problem. I ditched them and moved to Verizon almost two years ago and haven't had any problems with Verizon.

Hehe, I just delt with Verizon cusometer service for my DSL connection problem I just had on Tuesday. It's been working perfectly for 11 months. Then on Tuesday, my connection speed drops to 3kb/s, well below the 80kb/s I was getting every single day.

So I called their tech support, and they treat you like your a retard when it comes to PC's. I told the guy some of my trouble shooting that I performed prior to calling, and he had me repeat the same crap again. When he could not solve it over the phone (duh), he told me he would put in a trouble ticket and they would have an answer within 24 hours.

So 24 hours comes and goes, and it's still only getting 3kb/s. I called my car pool buddy because he just got Verizon DSL and asked him if I could borrow his modem for 30 minutes to confirm it's a line problem or modem problem. I installed his modem and bingo. I'm back at 80kb/s.

I call Verizon tech support and explain what I did. I had to explain all my trouble shooting steps I took until they finally agreeded to replace the modem. Jeez... I hope I never have to do that again. I sware that they must read a pre-printed card with things to try when customers call. I tried to explain to them that I'm a computer savvy person and have a good idea at what I'm doing.
