Well, here is my story.

Feb 2001

Well My story, last year I cought my wife cheating, we tryed to work it out, she said she wouldn't see him any more, two days later she was like 6hrs late, i look out side and see his car, so I go downstairs grab her arm and tell her we got to talk, by the time we get back up our stairs he follows, b 4 I could close the front door he pushes his way through ( knocking my wife over the table scratching her foot ).

me and him start going @ it in our apartment, we wrestled a little then he swung on me so I called '911'...he went back downstairs and waited for the cops, well 3 cars showed up...I pressed charges on him, he was arested and released on the spot...
I on the other hand had to go to jail ( the little scratch on my wife )... I spent two nights in jail, went in front of the judge and had to plee no contest just so I can get outta jail and go back to work....

I had to pay $410 in court fees and take a 52wk Domestic Violence class ( $26 a class oooch ) ( i finnished last night ) and am on a three year probation...


that all sucked...

and she is begging me to go back to her.....

adding 2 dopeys situation
im dopeys lil bro, in his life he has a 3 year old kid(turned 3 last week) and his 2nd is on the way(end of this month). laura doesnt take care of him much when he is at her house, she just ignorse him. the kid like my mom (his grandma) more than his own mom(thats what it looks like 2 me). all the time laura is complaing 2 him, asking 4 child care (they dont live w/ each other, ithink u can c y w/ his lil story) and she pays under 50 bucks a week 4 her aprtment!!!! it crazy she has like 5-6 programs she is on 2 make it cheep. sher also complaings when dopey takes the kid ou w/ him 2 places on the weekend w/o tellin laura, even though it is his day 2 look after him. its all ****ed up

She is reatly piss'n me off, she says I have an aditude tords her, WELL DUH!!!...I just wanna see my son...Everytime I get near her my skin crawls...

Well, now she started working a year or so ago, and about 8 months ago I filed for the support to be lowered. So I finally have a court date of 1/20/04. Well, now that I have done that I have pissed her off. Now she is moving "30 minutes away by free way" in her words, she wont tell me where and she is also saying that she will change the school that my son goes to, I do not want her to do that @ all, he goes to Culver City Unified School District and she will be living in the LAUSD area and wants to move him into a school in that area. So I called a lawyer and mad an appointment with him. I saw him Yesterday morning.


So I explained everything to him, how my mother is the day care and how my mother and I both live in Culver City and that is where my son's current school is and everything. He thinks I have a chance of keeping my son in the school he is enrolled in AND even getting Physical Custody of both my children. Right now their mother has physical and we have 50/50 legal ( that is why I have a say in the school )


So I am now taking her to court to try and get physical custody


There is much more to this then I have typed, but if I typed it all I will be @ this PC forever


So, here is what I am asking of you people ( I ok'd it with Blade ) I am about $300 short now of the check I had to give him ( dated the 16th )

I would like to barrow just a few bucks for you people. I am not asking alot and I am not asking for free $. If anyone is willing to just let me barrow some cash ( PayPal is easiest via Cash transfer only, I can't take credit cards ) I would be very grateful. I will pay all funds back that anyone loans me with an extra 5%

I am not a big trader, I do have heat and eBay though, more on eBay then heat ( both same user ID )


I know it all sounds bad and I didn't want to ask people like this, but it was and is my last option

If needed I can get Blade any personal info ( with in reason of course )

You really need to get custody of your kid....
She's just trying to hurt you by moving away and not letting you see your kid what she doesn't realize is that she is hurting her child more then she's hurting you....
if you have a split arrangement that she sees them this day and you see them that day, does she call you and tell you where they are goin?? No? didn't think so... then you don't have to tell her where you are going with your child. Although it's not so hard to pick up the phone and say, I think we're heading to the zoo today...or to the park. Not that it is any of her business what and where you go. But if it keeps her off your heels then ye gods do it!! I'd say you need to prove how unfit a mother she is... the cheating would be a good start... not very good actions to teach a child... and so forth...

but all I can say is, I wish you the best of luck. For your Kids sake, I hope you are granted full custody of your kid. And be as honest as you can be... Good luck!

I have Paypal, but accepted a CC payment from someone recently. Does this mean MY account is now only a CC paypal? I don't really understand the CC w/ paypal deal..

Yeah, Child support laws are screwed up.

My wife and I split up a while. I went and bought a house, had a car and all ofter the separation. We had a 2 and 5 yo. I finally talked her into letting me have the kids so she could work two jobs and let her save up for a car/house for herself.

When she had them I paid 105 per week. I took her to court for Child Support (only because she took me even after voulentarily paying) and the court said her payments were like 45 per week. So WTF The kids were suddenly inexpensive? BS !

Were back together now, things are better than ever.

Back to Dopey-- That sucks man. LMK about my paypal account, if I can I will help. Good Luck bro!

If you have accepted a credit card payment for someone, you have upgraded your paypal from a 'personal account' to a 'premier account'. You will be charged a fee for receiving both cc and non-cc payments.

However, they won't charge the other person if you send a payment from your bank. hope that helps.

That sucks bro. I still haven't figured it out why some women pull this bullshit. They are so worried about making the guys life a living hell that they don't stop and think for one god damn second what it is doing to the child. My X wife tried pulling this shit with me. When i dropped 2500 on a lawyer and she was served with papers the next day she found out i wasn't playin' anymore and that the games were over. Its been 2 years now and everything is cool. She lives about 30 min away. I can get my daughter whenever i want to. We get along fine and just keep everything on a civil level. Only problems i get are from her stupid ass mom and she's quick to shut her up. Just keep a level head and don't do anything stupid that could reflect badly on you in court.

Also bring up the fact in court that she is a damn control freak. When you have your son it is none of her business what you do with him as long as it isn't harming him in any way. Thats one of the games that they love to play. You also have every legal right to know where she is living just as she has with knowning where you are living. If she takes off moves and don't tell you fight it in court and press kidnapping charges against her. She cannot legally do that if there is already court documents stating you get you son on such and such date. IF you don't get him write it down cause that will reflect really bad against her.
