Microsoft "accidently" included swastikas

SEATTLE, Washington (Reuters) -- Microsoft Corp. said on Friday that its latest version of Office software inadvertently contained a font featuring two swastikas, and said it would offer tools to remove and replace the offending characters from the program.
ROFL Microsoft included swastikas for a specific font. For those that are like "whatever" in Word 2003 choose "bookshelf symbol 7" as the font and hold shift and press the ~ key. It really works.

werent the swastickas a chinese religiuos emblem before the nazis turned them into a sign of hate? I remeber seeing something like that on the history channel

They sure were Bill, remember the robot thing from a while back? Wasn't it for coke or something? There's a post about it on the forums someplace.. That is pretty crazy though.. eGo

yea i remember that robot. Again... who sits around and goes through every font and finds this crap? like the peorson that found that thing in wingdings about 9-11.

They were reverse and i thought it was a symbol(or star) for some form of luck.
But super sayians are another story(yellow hair and blue eyes) we should have that DBZ banned.

it is hindu religious symbol. nazis reversed it and used it as a sign of hate

Microsoft says that was included in the asian font set. Yes there's a Buhdist font that looks like a swastika.
People need to lighten up.
