i wrote crest because there new battery power tooth brush is a real pain in the ass to change battery's in it . the cap is to tight for anyone but Mr universe to open .
OK so they didn't figure it out and they made a mistake . i can live with this !
but when you write them on there site and use there form they supply and dint respond that piss me off ! been a week and no reply !
its a great product but if you cant open the battery cover to replace the 2 pen light battery's.without hitting it against the edge of a table with downward force . heaven help the kids or older folk who may buy the product ! and they do make replacement heads so its not a desposable item !
i think we need to start a award for companys that dont respond !

Macintosh. THe ipod 18 moth batterys. Not that I own one... but that does seem like a scam.

Hewlett Packard/Compaq. Worst customer service ever, pisses me more off is that asswipe decision even after pile up of proof he still thinks nothing wrong with unit, and he restatement i should of bought more of like 5 g laptop than a 2g laptop. Still insist that HP is going above and beyond to resolve this issue.

My first router was a Linksys. To this day I will not buy anything from Linksys. Customer support was so busy (probably because of the crap firmware after the initial release) they had to call me back at home. This particular guy acted like I was bothering him. I told the him thanks for helping me decide to return the router.

Youre talking about the SpinBrush? I replaced mine without a problem. MAybe you got a bum unit? Maybe I'm just stronger then I thought? LOL. I doubt that. Mine was likt $5 at my dentist, so I figured i'd give it a shot, best investment yet lol

I had the same experience with Data Becker when I bought their PDF Producer software. For the most part, the software is usable for my purposes but it has some noticeable problems. I tried to contact them through their site before writing a review of it but never heard back. I went ahead and posted the review .
